- 80 g Lotus Biscoff Biscuits (crush into fine crumbs; about 10 pieces)
- 250 ml Heavy Cream (minimum 33% fat, chilled; whip to stiff peaks)
- 75 g Biscoff Spread (softened; can be melted in microwave)
- 10 g Extra Biscoff Crumbs (optional) (for garnish)
Instructions
Crush the biscuits
Place the Lotus Biscoff biscuits in a zip‑top bag and crush them with a rolling pin until fine crumbs form. Transfer crumbs to a small bowl.

Whip the heavy cream
In a chilled mixing bowl, pour the heavy cream and beat with a hand mixer on medium‑high speed until stiff peaks form.
