- 1 package (≈200g) Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (crushed fine)
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 4 8‑oz packages Cream Cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract (pure vanilla extract)
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (cold)
Instructions
Prepare the Cookie Crust
Place the cookies in the food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs. Add the melted butter and pulse again until the mixture is evenly moistened.
