Instructions
Prepare the onion filling
Thinly slice the three onions, sauté them in a pan with 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add cumin, sweet paprika, hot paprika, salt and pepper. Cook about 15 minutes until the onions are translucent and slightly caramelized.
