Instructions
Sauté the onion
In a skillet, heat one tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent (about 5 minutes).

Cook the minced meat
Add the 400 g of minced meat to the pan. Break it up with the spatula and cook halfway, about 5 minutes, until it begins to brown.
