- 2 slices Italian Bread (For grilled cheese; sturdy enough to hold cheese)

Instructions
Roast the Tomatoes
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place halved Roma tomatoes on a foil‑lined baking sheet, drizzle with 2 Tbsp olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 1 hour, turning once halfway through.
