- For an even more exotic flavor, add a few basil leaves with the mint.
- A drizzle of agave syrup can replace honey for a vegan version.
Troubleshooting
The juice is too thick or contains pulp pieces
Blend a little longer or pass the mixture through a fine strainer.
Too many seeds in the juice
Strain the juice using a fine‑mesh sieve or a clean cloth.
The drink is not sweet enough
Add a bit more honey or cane sugar, taste and adjust.
The bubbles disappear quickly
Add the sparkling water just before serving and close the pitcher quickly.
Storage
Refrigerator: Store the non‑sparkling juice in an airtight pitcher for up to 2 days.
Freezer: Not recommended to freeze the sparkling drink.
Room temperature: Consume quickly, otherwise the carbonation will dissipate.
