- 50 g Walnuts (toasted and coarsely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra‑virgin, for drizzling)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest (zested from a fresh lemon)
- 0.5 tsp Chili Flakes (adjust to preferred heat)
- 30 g Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)

Instructions
Toast Walnuts
Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Add the walnuts and toast, stirring frequently, until they turn golden and fragrant, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate to cool.
