- 9 sheets Lasagna Noodles (pre‑cooked according to package)
- 2 cup Tomato Sauce (store‑bought or homemade)
- 2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil (for sautéing pork filling)
Instructions
Prepare Pork Filling
In a large mixing bowl combine ground pork, soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; avoid over‑mixing.

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the pork mixture, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until no longer pink, about 8‑10 minutes.

Assemble the Lasagna‑Dumpling Layers
In a heat‑proof dish that fits inside your steamer, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce. Lay three pre‑cooked lasagna sheets, spoon half the pork filling over them, add a handful of mozzarella, then place a row of store‑bought dumpling wrappers (about 6) on top. Repeat with another layer of sauce, noodles, remaining pork, cheese, and the rest of the dumpling wrappers. Finish with a final layer of sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
