- 2 lb Store‑Bought Gnocchi (prefer potato gnocchi, thawed if frozen)
- 1 Yellow Onion (chopped coarse)
- 4 Garlic Cloves (thinly sliced)
- 8 oz Feta Cheese (cut into large cubes)
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 0.25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil (extra‑virgin preferred)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp White Wine (dry, optional – adds depth)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 425°F (220°C) and let it fully preheat.

Prepare Ingredients
Chop the yellow onion coarsely, thinly slice the garlic, halve the cherry tomatoes if large, and cut the feta into generous cubes.

Combine Everything
In a large mixing bowl, add the cherry tomatoes, gnocchi, chopped onion, sliced garlic, feta cubes, oregano, crushed red pepper, honey, olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and the white wine. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
