- 200 g Feta Cheese (full‑fat block, kept in brine)
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 80 g Kalamata Olives (pitted and sliced)
- 3 cloves Garlic (thinly sliced)
- 3 tbsp Extra‑Virgin Olive Oil (preferably cold‑pressed)
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano (Greek oregano preferred)
- 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat while you prepare the ingredients.

Prepare Vegetables and Garlic
Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the olives, and thinly slice the garlic cloves on a cutting board.
