Ingredients
- 1 pièce Yellow onion (finely chopped)
- 2 pièces Garlic cloves (sliced)
- 2 cuillères à soupe Olive oil (≈15 ml)
- 300 g Boneless chicken (diced)
- 200 g Button mushrooms (very finely chopped)
- 1 cuillère à café Salt
- 0.5 cuillère à café Ground black pepper
- 1 cuillère à café Spicy sauce (harissa)
- 1 cuillère à café Soy sauce (light type)
- 1 pièce Grilled pepper (cut into strips)
- 100 g Philadelphia cheese (diced)
- 50 g Grated cheese (emmental)
- 2 cuillères à soupe Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 200 ml Whole milk
- 50 g Butter (melted)
- 10 pièces Phyllo sheets (cut in half)
- 1 cuillère à soupe Sesame seeds
- 1 cuillère à soupe Poppy seeds
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients
Finely chop the onion, slice the garlic, dice the chicken, finely chop the mushrooms, cut the grilled pepper into strips and chop the parsley.

Sauté onion and garlic
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until they become translucent.

Cook the chicken
Add the chicken dice to the skillet and brown them for about 7 minutes, stirring regularly.

Add the mushrooms
Stir in the chopped mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes until they release their water.

Season the filling
Add the spicy sauce, soy sauce, strips of grilled pepper and Philadelphia cheese. Mix and cook for 3 minutes until the cheese slightly melts.

In a bowl, mix the whole milk with melted butter until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.
