- 1 Sazón Packet (Mexican seasoning packet)
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (juice of half a lemon)
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil (divided, for skillet)
- 1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend (shredded)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 4 Flour Tortillas (large, 10‑inch)
Instructions
Prepare Chicken
Trim the chicken breasts and cut them into very small bite‑size pieces.

Chop Vegetables
Peel and finely chop the onion, mince the garlic cloves, and dice the bell pepper.

Season and Marinate Chicken
In a mixing bowl combine the chicken pieces with paprika, cumin, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, the Sazón packet, and lemon juice. Mix well, then cover and let marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
