- 450 g Fufu Flour (Africa's Finest) (pre‑packaged fufu flour, a blend of cassava and plantain starch)
- 480 ml Water (boiling water for initial mixing)
- 120 ml Water (additional water added during cooking)
Instructions
Boil Water
Bring 480 ml of water to a rolling boil in the large pot.

Temperature: 100°C
Add Fufu Flour
Reduce heat to low and gradually sprinkle the fufu flour into the boiling water while continuously stirring with a wooden spoon to prevent lumps.

Paddle the Mixture
Using the wooden spoon, paddle (press and fold) the mixture vigorously until it starts to thicken and become smooth.

Add Additional Water
Pour in the remaining 120 ml of water, stir briefly, then return the pot to the stove and bring back to a gentle boil.
