Ingredients
- 250 g Granulated sugar (Granulated, sifted)
- 250 g Unsalted butter (or margarine) (At room temperature, preferably unsalted)
- 5 units Eggs (Large size, at room temperature)
- 60 ml Unsweetened condensed milk (Canned, shake well before use)
- 1 tablespoon Pineapple extract (Natural flavor, can be replaced with pineapple essence)
- 250 g All-purpose flour (Sift before incorporating)
- 0.5 tablespoon Baking powder (Approximately 2.5 g)
- 1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg (Preferably freshly grated)
- 20 g Butter for greasing the pan (Softened butter)
- 10 g Flour for dusting the pan (Small amount to prevent the cake from sticking)
Instructions
Prepare the pan
Butter the silicone mold with the softened butter, then lightly dust with flour and tap to remove excess.

Preheat the oven
Turn on the oven and set it to 180 °C. Let it heat while you prepare the batter.

Cream the sugar and butter
In the bowl, add the granulated sugar and butter (or margarine). Beat on medium speed until you obtain a pale and airy mixture.

Incorporate the eggs one by one
Add the eggs one at a time, beating a few seconds after each addition to fully incorporate them.

Add the condensed milk and pineapple extract
