Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients

    Cut the smoked ham into cubes, the tomatoes into cubes and chop the cilantro. Measure the spices.

    In the pot, heat the oil over medium heat and add the ham. Brown it for 3‑4 minutes, stirring.
