Ingredients

- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste (concentrated tomato flavor)
- 14 ounce Diced Tomatoes (canned, with juices)
- 2 pieces Bay Leaves (whole, remove before serving)
- 4 cups Water (or low‑sodium vegetable broth for richer flavor)
- 2 cups Baby Spinach (roughly chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill (chopped)

Instructions
Quick‑Soak the Peas
