    삼겹살 450g을 큼직하게 한 입 크기로 썰어 무게를 정확히 맞춘다.

    잘라 놓은 삼겹살에 후추 한 두 꼬집(약 1g)을 골고루 뿌린다.

  3. 물 넣고 끓이기

    냄비에 삼겹살을 넣고 물 50g(50ml)을 부은 뒤 중불에서 끓여 물이 거의 졸아들 때까지 약 5분간 끓인다.
