- 4 slices Sourdough Bread (thick sliced sourdough)
- 2 tablespoons Pesto (store‑bought or homemade)
- 1 whole Avocado (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup Arugula (fresh, can substitute spinach)
- 2 large Eggs (scrambled)
- 1 medium Tomato (sliced thin)
- 2 slices Cheddar Cheese (sharp cheddar)

Instructions
Toast Bread
Place sourdough slices in a toaster or under a broiler and toast until golden brown.
