- 1 tbsp Olive Oil (for coating salmon before seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (season salmon lightly)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (for sauce) (extra‑virgin, adds richness to glaze)
- 2 tbsp Honey (prefer raw or light honey)
- 1 tsp Paprika (sweet paprika)
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (adjust to heat preference)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (for sauce) (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest (zest of one large lemon)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions
Prepare Salmon
Place the salmon fillet on a cutting board and cut it into bite‑size cubes (about 1‑inch pieces).
