- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (Freshly ground)
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded, sharp or mild)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise (Regular or light)
- 2 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Pickle Relish (Finely chopped pickles or relish)
- 1 medium Tomato (Diced)
- 1/2 cup Lettuce (Shredded, preferably romaine or iceberg)
- 1 spray Cooking Spray (For greasing the skillet)
Instructions
Form Even Meat Balls
Divide the 1 lb of ground beef into six equal portions and roll each into a smooth ball.
