Ingredients
- 8 pcs Zucchini (Medium, washed and dried)
- 100 g Unsalted butter (Softened, mixed with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves)
- 250 ml Thick fresh cream (35%) (Heat gently, do not boil)
- 200 g Grated cheese (type Gruyère or cheddar) (Finely grated)
- 2 g Ground black pepper (Freshly ground)
- 10 g Fresh parsley (Chopped, optional for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the zucchini
Wash the zucchini, dry them, then slice into rounds about 0.5 cm thick.

Prepare the garlic butter
Mix the softened butter with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and a pinch of salt. Form two small balls and set aside.

Sauté the zucchini
Heat the pan over medium heat, add one garlic butter ball, then the zucchini rounds. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until they release their water but remain slightly firm.

Preheat the oven to 300 °F (149 °C) on convection mode while the zucchini cook.

Bake
