Ingredients
- 0.5 piece Lemon (sliced thinly)
- 4 slices Fresh Ginger Root (peeled and sliced about ¼ inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon Ground Turmeric (stirred into water, can be fresh turmeric root if preferred)
- 2 quarts Water (cold, filtered if possible)
Instructions
Wash Hands and Ingredients
Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water, then rinse the lemon, ginger root, and any other produce under cool running water.

Cut the half lemon into thin slices (about ¼ inch thick) and set aside.

Peel and Slice Ginger
Use a vegetable peeler or the back of a spoon to peel the ginger skin, then slice four thin pieces (≈¼ inch thick).
