Ingredients

- 1 cup Granulated Sugar (fine granulated, for caramel)
- 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar (optional, for sweetening orange cream)
Instructions
Make Orange Cream
Peel the oranges, remove any seeds, and juice them. In a mixing bowl combine the orange juice, heavy cream, and 2 Tbsp granulated sugar. Blend until smooth and slightly thickened.

Place 1 cup granulated sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Let the sugar melt and turn amber, swirling the pan gently if needed—do not stir.
