- 2 large Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 medium Tomato (pureed or finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Garlic Paste (or 4 cloves minced)
- 2 tbsp Ginger Paste (or 2 tsp freshly grated ginger)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (ground)
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder (ground)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder (ground)
- ½ tsp Red Chili Powder (adjust to heat preference)
- ½ tsp Garam Masala (added at end of cooking)
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil (for sautéing)

Instructions
Prepare the meats
Trim any excess fat from the chicken, cut into bite‑size pieces, and set aside. Rinse the turtle meat, pat dry, and cut into similar sized pieces.
